The last day of this year and I still marvel at how fast the time flew! 2011 was an interesting and challenging year. I finally was able to retire from a very stressful job and out of a profession that had left me spent and burnt out.
And, I welcomed a new little member into the family,
I look at this year ending as a transitioning period in my life with a lot of edges that needed to be refined. I am looking forward to this next year as one of good changes and opportunities.
I don't really do New Year's resolutions, but this is what I want to see accomplished in 2012.
A move to Tennessee to be near family
A radical change in my relationship with food (more about that in later posts)
Resolving some of my health issues
Simplifying my life and getting down to the basics
Reading my Bible all the way through
Praying and listening to God's voice more and talking less.
I wish you, all my dear readers and friends and family a wonderful, safe New Year!
